Fiat 500 L

„Cinquecento"produced by the Fiat company between 1957 and 1975 was the perfect embodiment of the definition of a "small city car". This was topped off by its very reasonable price length of only 2.9 meters,, total weight of 485 kg and the small 18 horsepower air-cooled 479 cm³ two-cylinder in-line Otto engine. The Fiat 500 made driving accessible to even poorer families and switched the whole of Italy from scooters to cars.

The 500 L (Lusso) with a square dashboard – which was considered luxury equipment at that time –  was  presented  in  1968. In addition to its cute shape the movies made it truly cultic, thus becoming the emblematic vehicle of the Italians.

Our 500 L Fityó left the factory on January 22, 1971. It was put into circulation for the first time in Pesaro. Its first owner was a very nice lady born in 1931, who used it until now. After it arrived home we replaced the entire interior with the same one as the factory, so that the small car could shine in its new light.
